Guest Information
To make the most of your stay on Lake Como, we ask you to read these few rules before booking. They're simple, designed to make everyone feel at home.
Check-in e check-out
- Check-in: from 3:30 PM
- Check-out: entry at 9:30 AM
If you have special needs (early arrival, late departure), please let us know before your arrival: we will always try to accommodate you.
Additional services
Sheets are always included. Towels, a high chair, and a cot are available upon request.
Pets
Pets are only allowed at Villa Palma and Casa Carlo. Pets are not allowed in the other complexes (Residence Girasole, Residence Bellavista, Casa del Sole) out of respect for other guests and shared spaces.
Smoke
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. You may smoke in the outdoor areas, but be careful not to disturb other guests or leave cigarette butts lying around.
Private parties and events
Our homes are designed for relaxation, with family or friends: for this reason, parties or private events cannot be held inside the apartments or in common areas. We ask that you respect the tranquility of the property and other guests at all times during your stay.
Deposit and payments
The conditions regarding the deposit and payment methods are communicated at the time of booking, based on the property and the period chosen.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies are indicated at the time of booking. If you have any questions before confirming, we're always available to clarify any details.
Respect for spaces
We ask that you treat the apartment and common areas with the same care you would your own home. In the event of damage caused during your stay, compensation may be requested for repair or replacement.
Number of guests
The number of guests indicated at the time of booking must match the number of guests actually staying at the home. If your needs change, please contact us before your arrival: we will find the best solution.
Noise and neighborhood
Our homes are located in residential or otherwise inhabited contexts: we ask you to maintain a reasonable noise level, especially in the evening and night hours (approximately from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
One last thing
These rules aren't meant to complicate your vacation, but to protect it—yours and that of those who come after you. If you have any questions about any of these conditions, please let us know: we're a family, and we'd always prefer to discuss them rather than leave any doubts.
THANK YOU!
